Who is this program for?

If you are 100% committed and serious about getting results, then the 14-Day Fat-Flush is for you. This is a 14 day training and nutrition
(manipulation) program that’s relatively intense. You’re going to work hard for two weeks BUT your results are going to come fast and will be
significant when you  follow the program. Some people will lose six to twelve pounds during these two weeks and a couple dress and pant sizes. The
program is simple in its brilliance. You’ll come and workout with me three to five days per week for two weeks, and eat the foods that I have outlined
for you in the program. It’s simple actually and probably the easiest nutrition plan I have created – just read it and eat it and the results will come. You
will experience soreness in your muscles. Nothing too bad, but definitely some soreness letting you know that you just had an awesome workout.

Is there any space left in the program. I know that there were only 20 spots?

Originally, we planned to take on only 20 people. However, with the overwhelming response and the re-formatting of the program, we are able to work
with more people while still delivering a lot of support and accountability to help you through the 14 days.

How does this work if I am not in boot camp right now?

The 14-day fat flush program is specifically designed with YOU in mind.

The majority of people that will be in the 14-day program have 1) never been a part of our boot camp program, 2) live too far away to do boot camp,
3) travel and cannot commit to boot camp at this time, 4) have participated in boot camp in the past but are not currently in the program.

Here is how the program will work: You will be required to complete at least three workouts per week (ideally 5) for 2 weeks. For those not in boot
camp (and those who are), you will receive a training program and workout videos for each day so that you can do the workouts at home, at the park,
or in your hotel room.

In addition you will receive a 14-day meal plan that you MUST strictly adhere to for 14 days. The diet plan is challenging but definitely doable and
produces great and predictable results. This diet is specifically designed to incinerate fat quickly and put your metabolism into overdrive. And we’ll be
there to help and support you all along the way.

I’m interested in doing the 14-day boot camp but I’m really nervous. What if I’m not very fit?

No worries. Most people are not very fit when they start the Max Results Bootcamp program. However if you stick around long enough you WILL
become extremely fit.  We modify all exercises to accommodate all fitness levels. If you have serious medical conditions, you must have a doctor’s
clearance before participating.

What is the schedule?

14-Day Fat Flush sessions will be held Monday-Friday at 6, 7, 8AM & 5:30pm in Oakland (Lake Merritt), June 13-27. Those who join the boot
camp program can attend any class time they want and are not locked into a certain class time.

What happens after 14 days?

That’s completely up to you. You are not obligated to continue your program at Max Results Bootcamp beyond 14 days, however if you decide to
continue shedding fat and building lean muscle in just 30 minutes a day, you will receive
2 weeks of bootcamp absolutely FREE!
